We DO NOT accept walk-ins.

If you have any questions please text the appropriate specialist. We are always happy to help with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Once you book your appointment you will receive a text to confirm the time, service booked and with whom. PLEASE review it to make sure it is correct.

You will receive a confirmation text around 10am the day before your appointment, which will provide you with a link to confirm. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you need to cancel or make any changes, please text your specialist to do so. DO NOT respond to that confirmation text. It is a one way text that is automated by the software.

If you do not receive any of the booking or confirmation texts, please let us know. Sometimes it may be your cell provider that blocks the messages.

Cancelations

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to make any changes, whether it be cancelling or rescheduling.

We understand that life can be hectic and things may arise, but we value your time and we hope that you would be able to give us ample notice so that we may fill the appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice/no shows will require a nonrefundable deposit for your next booking. This includes clients who are late and ultimately miss their appointment time. The deposit will be applied to your appointment.

Multiple last minute cancellations/no shows will need to pay for the full service that they missed.

Clients who cancel/no show for the Wednesday Brazilian special will no longer be able to take advantage of the special.

Lash Lift requires 48 hours cancellation notice.
