bookings
We book by text only. Bookings are available with Lizz and Evan. The initial booking requires a health care form and consent form to be filled out and submitted immediately to the technician. This will begin the thorough consultation, which will determine whether or not the laser treatments will be suitable for you. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit for every booking, which will be invoiced through Square Up or may be sent through Venmo. Your appointment time/booking will not be confirmed until the forms and deposit are completed.
cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. All cancellations less than 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. We understand that there may be situations that arise, but please contact us as soon as you can. No shows result in full charge. We value your time and hope that you value ours as well.
Laser is a medical treatment and does not require that you leave a gratuity for the technician. Although we greatly appreciate gratuities, we will leave that to the discretion of the client. Thank you!
SUN EXPOSURE
If you are receiving laser treatments during the summer months, you CANNOT have any sun exposure. YOU WILL BURN. We cannot emphasize this enough. We will not laser you if we do notice that you have sun exposure and you will be responsible for the cost of the service for that day. This will also set you back on your results and will need more sessions.
We want to be able to offer you great results and the least amount of irritation so please make sure that you are able to stay out of the sun if you decide to have treatment during the summer months. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
